Haseebullah replaces Azam Khan in Pakistan’s T20I squad

The Pakistan selection committee has announced that Haseebullah, a wicketkeeper-batter, will step in for Azam Khan in the ongoing T20I series against New Zealand, after Azam was sidelined due to a calf muscle tear.

Haseebullah will be joining the team after tonight's third T20I match and will be eligible for selection in the two remaining matches scheduled to take place in Lahore on Thursday and Saturday.

Notably, Haseebullah previously made his T20I debut against New Zealand earlier this year.
