Heated exchange between Shan Masood and Shadab Khan in PSL 9

A heated confrontation unfolded between Shadab Khan, leading Islamabad United, and Shan Masood, the captain of Karachi Kings, during their PSL match in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

The disagreement between the two captains centered around a caught-behind review against Agha Salman, who was facing Mohammad Nawaz's bowling.

Shadab Khan believed that Shan Masood had exceeded the time limit for the Decision Review System (DRS). In response, Shan Masood instructed Shadab to return to his position and refrain from intervening in the exchange between him and the umpire. Despite Shadab's concerns, Shan took charge of the review.

Upon examination during the review process, it was revealed that there was no contact with the bat. Instead, the ball had only brushed against Agha Salman's thigh pad. As a result, Agha Salman survived the review.
