The Pakistan Shaheens are scheduled to depart for Australia early on Saturday morning at 2:45 AM, traveling via Dubai to reach Brisbane before heading on to Darwin.

Sahibzada Farhan will captain the Shaheens during their series against Bangladesh A, featuring two four-day matches in Australia.

With five T20 international appearances for Pakistan under his belt, Farhan brings experience to the leadership role.

One change has been made to the 15-member squad for the Australia tour. Pacer Hunain Shah has been sidelined due to injury, and Qasim Akram will step in as his replacement.

Head coach Red Ball Jason Gillespie will accompany the team to Darwin, overseeing operations until returning to Pakistan after the second four-day match against Bangladesh A in early August. Gillespie will then transition to coaching Pakistan's national team for their upcoming two Test matches against Bangladesh.
