I am a big fan of Shaheen Afridi, says Brett Lee

Former Australian pacer Brett Lee has lavished praise on the 2021 ICC Men's Cricket of the Year Shaheen Shah Afridi for the talent he possesses.

While talking to Shoaib Akhtar's YouTube Channel, the 45-year-old also talked about Babar Azam's cover drive.

"Shaheen Afridi is an amazing bowler, he's got a really good pace, he's tall, gets a beautiful bounce. I am a big fan of him," Lee said.

"Babar Azam has an amazing technique and he could have the best cover drive in world cricket," he added.

Meanwhile, Lee suggested the current Pakistan players to have the belief in themselves that they are the best.

"They have the right team and structure but deep down they probably don't believe they are as good as what they can be. I want Pakistan cricket to have belief in themselves and instillment of energy amongst their teammates. I want the young Pakistani players to come through to back themselves because they could be anything," he added.
