Former Pakistan captain Javed Miandad makes a bold statement regarding India's withdrawal from Asia Cup 2023 scheduled in Pakistan.

"India can go to hell if they don't want to come to Pakistan to play cricket. Pakistan do not need India to survive," said Javed Miandad.
BCCI secretary Jay Shah previously made some statements that India will not travel to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023. In reply, Chairman PCB Management Committee Najam Sethi also replied with a point mark that Pakistan will also not travel to India for the ICC World Cup 2023 as India always backs off whenever Pakistan gets such opportunities.
The 65-year-old also takes a dig at the Indian Government and states India is afraid to play against Pakistan.
"Why is India afraid to play against Pakistan? They know if they lose to Pakistan, the public will not spare them. Narendra Modi will disappear; their public won't leave him," said Javed.
There was no confirmation regarding where the tournament would take place. While Pakistan has the hosting rights of the Asia Cup, the ACC President had earlier stated that India will not be traveling to Pakistan.
Shah, also Secretary BCCI, demanded that Asia Cup be moved to a “neutral venue " last year.”
