Ireland has named their squads for the upcoming T20I and ODI series against Sri Lanka. Laura Delany will lead the Irish team in both formats as they prepare for a challenging series on home soil.

The series will kick off with two T20Is, scheduled for August 11 and 13 in Dublin. Following these matches, the teams will head to Belfast for three ODIs between August 16 and 20. These ODIs will be part of the ICC Women's Championship, where Ireland is eager to improve their standing. Currently, Ireland sits at the bottom of the points table with 2 points from 12 games, while Sri Lanka holds 20 points from 21 games.

Ireland has made specific selections for each format. Christina Coulter Reilly, Jane Maguire, and Cara Murray will participate only in the T20Is. In contrast, Joanna Loughran, Aimee Maguire, and Alice Tector are set to feature solely in the ODIs. The rest of the players will be part of both squads.
