Previously, Chris Gayle scored his double-century off 138 deliveries, which is now the second fastest in 50 over format.
With this record, he now becomes the fourth Indian batter to score double-century in ODI cricket.
It is to be noted that Indian legendaery batter Sachin Tendulkar scored the first-ever double-hundred in ODI cricket, Captain Rohit Sharma holds the record for most double-century (3) in his pocket.
