Islamabad United players waved the Palestine flags after winning the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine as they beat Multan Sultans by two wickets at the National Bank Stadium, Karachi, on Monday.
The players did a victory lap around the ground with flags on their back inorder to show solidarity with Palestine.
During the celebrations, only the Pakistani players in the Islamabad team were seen waving the flag, as the international players were not present alongside them.
With this triumph, United secured their third PSL title, having previously emerged victorious in 2016 and 2018. Their consistent success has established them as the most accomplished team in the tournament's history.
