Yasir Shah sustained a hairline fracture in his right hand during the National T20 Cup in September

Leg-spinner Yasir Shah has provided an update on his fractured thumb as he is under rehabilitation for the injury he sustained during the National T20 Cup in September.
The 35-year-old, while representing Balochistan, had a hairline fracture in his right hand against Southern Punjab after he was hit by the ball.

According to the doctors, Yasir needs further time to recover. "Thumb fracture rehabilitation and consultation in process. As per doctor advice it may take two more weeks to heal properly," he tweeted and requested fans for prayers.

It must be noted that Yasir is not playing the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam trophy. It is yet to be confirmed whether he will be part of the squad for two Bangladesh Tests, starting from November 26.
