Pakistani speedster Naseem Shah hit a significant milestone in his international cricket journey during the third T20I clash against New Zealand in Rawalpindi.

The right-arm fast bowler reached the impressive feat of claiming 100 international wickets when he dismissed Tim Robinson for 28 on Sunday.

Shah's achievement spans across formats, with a total of 100 wickets taken in 63 innings. His bowling prowess is evident with 51 wickets in Test cricket, 32 in ODIs, and 17 in T20Is so far.

Recently, Pakistan's captain, Babar Azam, faced with the hypothetical choice of defending 10 runs in the final over of a T20 match, expressed his preference for Naseem over Jasprit Bumrah. Azam's decision stemmed from his admiration for Shah's resilience in overcoming injury hurdles and his exceptional set of skills on the field.
