Pakistan pacer, Naseem Shah, has clarified rumours circulating about his possible engagement or marriage on social media since yesterday.
Naseem on Saturday posted a picture on his Instagram story, in which he was sitting with two elder men from his family. The text on the story read, "Blessed with the best Alhamdullillah."
However, some social media users interpreted Naseem’s picture as announcement of his marriage.

The 20-year-old uploaded another story on Sunday evening, to quash the rumours and said that the aforementioned picture was of a family Iftar at his place.
"The last picture I posted wasn’t about getting engaged or nikkafied, mentioning ‘blessed’ doesn’t mean that it’s all about getting into a relationship or anything. Kindly stop misinterpreting as it was just a simple family Iftar picture with my family. I hope it’s clear now," he wrote.

Earlier this year in an event in Karachi, Naseem said that his family would decide about his marriage.
"Ask my father about my marriage. Whenever he finds someone for me, then I will get married. I will marry only on the advice of my father," he said.
