In the Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup on Sunday, India beat Pakistan by four wickets in a nail-biting game that left everyone on the edge of their seats.

Team India was in trouble when they had only scored 31 runs in 6.1 overs. Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya saved the day by creating a 100-run partnership. Many experts called Kohli's 82 runs off 53 balls "the greatest ever knock in a T20I match." He was still not out.

This match between India and Pakistan had its fair share of twists and turns, and the umpires had to make very close calls. During India's turn at bat, the third umpire called Axar Patel out on the first ball of the seventh over. Many Indian fans were upset by the umpire's decision because they thought that the bails on the stumps were already off before the ball hit them.

But during India's innings, Mohammad Nawaz's 20th over was the hardest for the umpires to handle. Nawaz's fourth ball was hit for a six, but it was ruled a no-ball because it was waist-high. The next ball was called "wide" and was a free hit. Nawaz had to bowl another ball, which was still his fourth legal ball, but it hit the stumps and bounced away. As the ball went past the short third man, Kohli and Karthik ran three runs without being out.

Fans from Pakistan questioned the calls against their team during the match. One fan sent out a tweet with quotes that were said to be from Nasser Hussain, a former England captain and commentator. The quote says, "The Umpires made some weird decisions in favor of India today, but maybe we should keep quiet and not upset ICC and BCCI."

Nasser Hussain called the quote as “fake news".

Probably best if you can delete this please .. it’s fake news and a fake quote and definitely not what a great game of cricket like todays deserves !! Thanks
