Fast bowler, Shahnawaz Dahani, believes that there is tough competition among the fast bowlers to make a comeback in the Pakistan team.

Dahani has emphasized the importance of fitness for fast bowlers to secure a place in the national team.

"Competition has got tougher among fast bowlers to make comeback in the national team," he said. 

The 24-year-old, who last played his international match back in October 2022, is eyeing a comeback to the national team through his performance on the upcoming Zimbabwe tour.

"I am excited for this tour. This tour will help us make a comeback to the national side. I will try and perform for my team on this tour," he concluded.

The Pakistan Shaheens will tour Zimbabwe to play two four-day and six 50-over format matches.
