Pakistan have defeated India in the final of the Triangular Blind Cricket series in Bangladesh.

The Men in Green defeated their arch rivals in the final by 62 runs.

Batting first, Pakistan scored 174/3 in their allotted 15 overs. Skipper Nisar Ali top-scored with unbeaten 69 runs, while Zafar Iqbal scored 48 runs.

For India, Ajay Kumar claimed two wickets.

In reply, India were restricted to 112/7 in 15 overs. Sunil Ramesh scored 39 runs for the batting side.

For Pakistan, Sajid Nawaz claimed two wickets while Nisar bagged one wicket.

Originally, the tournament’s final was set to be played on April 8 after all three teams, including Bangladesh, had faced each other twice. But due to alarming Covid-19 situation in the country, the tournament was wrapped up on Sunday.
