The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced the team representing Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 on Friday. 

Fans had an exciting opportunity to learn about the players selected for the squad. The 15-man squad was announced in a unique way as fans revealed the name of each player who is going to the World Cup.

Some familiar faces like Mohammad Amir, Imad Wasim, and Haris Rauf made it to the list as Pakistan hopes to secure their first ICC trophy since winning the Champions Trophy in 2017.

The team also includes well-known players like Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Rizwan, and Fakhar Zaman, who are expected to play key roles in Pakistan's campaign.

For some young talents like Saim Ayub, Abrar Ahmed, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, and Abbas Afridi, this will be their first time participating in the T20 World Cup. Meanwhile, Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim are making a return to the tournament after a few years.

Interestingly, the squad announcement did not mention any reserve players, indicating the team's confidence in the selected players to perform well in the tournament.
