The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) selection committee announced 29 players for a training camp at an Army base in Kakul from March 26. 

From this pool of players, the team for the upcoming home five-match T20I series against New Zealand in April will be announced.

The 29 players for the training camp are listed below:

Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, Fakhar Zaman, Sahibzada Farhan, Haseebullah, Saud Shakeel, Usman Khan, Mohammad Haris, Salman Ali Agha, Azam Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, Irfan Khan Niazi, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Usama Mir, Mohammad Nawaz, Mehran Mumtaz, Abrar Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Ali, Zaman Khan, Mohammad Wasim Jnr, Aamir Jamal, Haris Rauf, and Mohammad Amir.

The training camp is scheduled to conclude on April 8, just before the Eid-ul-Fitr.

The Blackcaps will land in Islamabad on April 14 and are scheduled to play three T20Is at Rawalpindi's Pindi Cricket Stadium on April 18, 20, and 21. Following these matches, the teams will move to Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium for the final two T20Is on April 25 and 27.
