The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed their first female Human Resource (HR) Director.

Sarena Agha will assume her new role at the PCB headquarters on May 20.

Agha graduated from the University of London with an MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM).

She has vast experience of working in Pakistan, the middle-east and Africa.

Agha had worked for a local manufacturing company as the group head of HR while also serving as a consultant for two Kenyan companies.

She boasts a collective experience of 15 years.
