Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has provided an update on the rehabilitation of pacers Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf.

The duo has been dealing with respective injuries and are not part of the side. They have been undergoing rehab at the National High-Performance Center (NHPC) in Lahore.

As per PCB, Shaheen will resume rehabilitation under the national men’s team’s medical staff in Karachi from today. The move has been made viewing this will provide Shaheen with top-notch care and medical staff can track his progression and pave the way for his smooth return to action.

Meanwhile, the interim selection committee and team management have invited Haris to be assessed by the team’s medical staff so a decision on his availability for the three One-Day Internationals against New Zealand - to be played next week - can be made.
