Australia started their campaign in style as they secured a commanding victory over Oman in the T20 World Cup match on Wednesday in Barbados.
This victory propels Australia to the top of the standings with two points. Although Namibia also have two points, Australia leads the table due to their superior net run rate. They will take on England on Saturday in Barbados.
Meanwhile, Oman is still searching for their first win and will clash against Scotland on Thursday in Barbados.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the super eights, which will feature 12 games, before the top two from each super eight group will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will be played in Barbados on June 29.
