Lockdown in the country has been the major source behind the delay
The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic had deprived the fans of live cricket action after some matches of the fifth edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) were played behind closed doors, before the tournament eventually got postponed.
Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had announced that it would provide a full refund of the tickets that were purchased for matches that were postponed and played without fans.

However, almost a month has gone by, but the board is yet to come up with a policy regarding the refund of the tickets.
According to sources, the lockdown in the country caused due to the coronavirus pandemic, has been the major source of the delay. Sources within the PCB further revealed that a policy regarding the refunds would have been announced by now, had the lockdowns not happened. However, as soon as the situation improves, the board will come up with a final decision in this regard.
