Cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar received a warm reception from fans at Wimbledon's Centre Court on Saturday as he took a break to enjoy the tennis tournament.

Clad in a beige suit, Tendulkar greeted the crowd with a smile, acknowledging their enthusiastic welcome with a wave of his hand.

"It's great to welcome you back to Centre Court, @sachin_rt," Wimbledon tweeted alongside a video capturing the moment.

The announcer at Centre Court introduced Tendulkar as a cricket legend and World Cup winner from India, highlighting his status as the all-time leading run-scorer in cricket history. Tendulkar's presence added to the cricketing flavor of the day, with England's cricket stars Ben Stokes, Jos Buttler, and Joe Root also in attendance in the prestigious Royal Box, seated just behind him.

The cricketers gathered to watch the third-round match between Alexander Zverev of Germany and Cameron Norrie of the UK. Tendulkar, a frequent visitor to Wimbledon during this time of the year, enjoys the tennis tournament as a part of his annual tradition.
