Qalandars' skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi and Kings' captain Babar Azam praised Fakhar for his impressive knock. Shaheen is hoping that Fakhar continues to score the same way further in the competition.

"Fakhar Zaman is improving day by day. We know he is a game-changer. He deserves a lot of credit for the way he managed the innings and his century. I pray that he continues to perform well for Qalandars and for Pakistan," Shaheen said after the game.

"I want to give credit to Fakhar Zaman for his innings. He played a sensible inning, it was a one-man show and he turned the match," Babar opined.
