Despite the possibility of facing fines from the organizers, Afridi concealed the logo on his shirt.
During India's 12th batting over, Gambhir was up to bat when he attempted to hit the ball towards the fine-leg boundary while facing Abdul Razzaq's bowling. Unfortunately, the ball hit the edge of his bat and hit him on the helmet.
Even though Gambhir wasn't severely injured, Afridi approached him and asked if he was okay before continuing the game.

This video has been widely shared on social media, with Afridi's kind act receiving immense admiration from fans.
The Asian Lions team included Pakistan legends such as Misbah-ul-Haq, Shoaib Akhtar, Sohail Tanvir, Abdul Razzaq, and Sri Lankan cricketers.
The India Maharajas was captained by Gautam Gambhir and comprised players such as Murali Vijay, Irfan Pathan, Robin Uthappa, Harbhajan Singh, and Muhammad Kaif.
The Asia Lions emerged victorious over the Indian Maharajas by a narrow nine-run margin, thanks to a strong batting performance by Misbah-ul-Haq and a powerful bowling attack led by Sohail Tanvir in the opening match of the Legend League Cricket Masters.
The 48-year-old then added another important partnership with skipper Shahid Afridi before being dismissed for 73 off 50 balls, including two fours and four massive sixes. The Lions ended up with a total of 165/6 in their 20 overs.
In response, the Maharajas could only manage 156/8, falling short by nine runs despite some crucial runs scored by skipper Gautam Gambhir who went on to score 39-ball 54 runs, including seven boundaries.
