Pakistan held a training session on Tuesday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.
12 players from the Pakistan squad and reserves participated in the session, while six players opted for rest.
The players who opted to rest were Abdullah Shafique, Shaheen Afridi, Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha, Mohammad Haris and Zaman Khan.
Initially, the PCB announced the cancellation of the training session, but later, the media manager clarified that it would proceed as planned.
Abdullah Shafique is currently unwell with a fever, while Shaheen Afridi and Usama Mir had earlier shown symptoms but have since recovered.
The team's media manager explained that players in the recovery stage are under medical observation.
