Tom Moody out of Pakistan team coaching candidates list

Tom Moody has been left out of the list of candidates for the coaching of the Pakistan team.

According to the details, in a special interview in Dubai with the biggest website of Pakistan cricket Cricket Pakistan, ILT Twenty Franchise Desert Vipers Director Tom Moody said that PCB has not contacted him for the coaching responsibility.

"No, I didn't have any contact with the PCB regarding that, and you know, with what I have in front of me, it probably is something that I will be looking at," said Tom Moody.

When asked about Pakistan players' inability to participate in the ongoing ILt20 league, Tom Moody said, "It is a pity that Pakistan cricketers are not participating in ILT20; they add to the quality of any league; unfortunately, NOCs cannot be obtained for them. The situation will change."

To a question asked about the strongest player in the team and including the coaching services of former Pakistan All-rounder Azhar Mehmood, Tom Moody said, "They include Colin Munro, Vanandu Hasaranga, Alex Hales, and Tom Curran, all capable of contributing to the team's victories."

"Azhar Mahmood is in the franchise's coaching staff; I have worked with him before. The former all-rounder also understands the conditions here better and can do a lot to improve the team's bowling," he maintained.

 Tom Moody said that star cricketers worldwide are participating in the ILT Twenty, and each franchise team will have nine international players.

While playing high-quality franchise cricket under the guidance of great coaches, local players will also get a chance to enhance their skills; those who are part of the playing eleven and the players in the bench power will also be learning something. 

Tom also said that IPL matches have been hosted in UAE in the past, but this time it is their own league, and it will definitely benefit more in developing talent. ILT Twenty can play an important role.
