Peshawar Zalmi's skipper Wahab Riaz has become the first bowler in the history of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) to reach the 100 wickets landmark.

The left-arm pacer reached the milestone after taking the wicket of Danish Aziz as Peshawar Zalmi registered a 10-run victory over Islamabad United in a crucial match.

The 36-year-old has achieved the feat in 75 matches as he has featured regularly in the HBL PSL ever since the tournament's inception back in 2016.

 

 

 

With 100 wickets to his name, Wahab is the leading wicket-taker in PSL's history with United's right-arm fast bowler Hasan Ali being second on the list with 78 scalps.
