Australia's opener David Warner feels privileged to play in Pakistan for the first time and revealed that he was stunned by the beauty of the capital city Islamabad.
The Aussies are on the tour of Pakistan for the first time since 1998 for the all-format series. The first Test of the three-match series in Rawalpindi ended in a draw but the 35-year-old now eyeing Karachi Test which starts on March 12.

While talking to reporters in a virtual presser, Warner opined that he loves to enjoy with the fans as they are the most important prospect of the game of cricket.
"From my point of view, we are entertainers as well. If I am not batting or fielding, I like to get everyone involved and get the crowd up and going. The people were absolutely amazing, they engaged with us and were cheering for both teams," Warner said.
"First time for me over here [in Pakistan]. It is important to engage with the fans, not just from the cricket point of view but where we sit, they follow us on Instagram, they visit the ground and support us. It is important for us to give back," he added.
Meanwhile, Warner was awestruck by the beauty of Islamabad and applauded both cricket boards for making this historic tour possible.
"We went to Islamabad first and I've only great words to say about the place. It's amazing, you have the mountains in the background and it's quite visible from the hotel and the ground," he maintained.
"There are lot of people to thank to get this tour up and about, cricket Australia, the PCB, the police forces for making everything is safe and sound. we applaud them and are grateful for this opportunity," he added.
On the other hand, Warner also opened up on the possibility of playing HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).
"Unfortunately, when the Pakistan Super League is on, I am actually playing international cricket, it is very difficult to come and play," he added.
