The incident, captured in a viral video, shows Shehzad playing a casual game of cricket with Ibrahim Khan, a resident of Chitral.
In a playful challenge, Ibrahim claimed he would hit three sixes in the over while Shehzad prepared to face him.
However, the local bowler’s confidence proved well-founded as he managed to dismiss Shehzad not twice but thrice.
The video highlights Shehzad’s struggle, showing him connecting with the ball only once during the over.
Shehzad, who has represented Pakistan in 13 Tests, 81 ODIs, and 59 T20Is, has been out of international action since 2019 when he last played in the home T20I series against Sri Lanka.
