Pakistan’s limited-overs skipper was representing Somerset against Glamorgan
Pakistan’s limited-overs skipper Babar Azam scored a breathtaking century, in the ongoing T20 Blast, to take his side, Somerset, to a convincing 66-run victory over Glamorgan on Wednesday.
Azam notched up his career-best 114 not out from only 62 balls, helping his team post 183/3 in 20 overs, which was enough for them to register their third win in the competition, and give them an outside chance of qualifying for the knockout stages.
Azam, who was dropped twice during his sublime innings, made full use of the conditions on offer and the struggling Glamorgan bowlers.
