Pakistan opener also snapped up a brilliant low catch at long-off
Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman notched up his first fifty of the 2019 Vitality T20 Blast for Glamorgan against Gloucestershire at Cardiff on Thursday.
After a couple of low scores in the competition, Zaman finally stepped up and top-scored with 58 off 43 balls to set a challenging total of 172-5 for Gloucestershire.
Zaman blistering innings included eight fours and a six.
In response, Gloucestershire kept losing wickets at regular intervals in the chase, but a cameo innings of 38 runs in 18 balls by tailender Andrew Tye helped the visitors to tie the match.
After his fifty with the bat, Zaman also snapped up a brilliant low catch at long-off.
