Edmonton Royals beat Winnipeg Hawks by eight wickets
After being struck for 32 runs in an over by veteran batsman Chris Gayle on Friday, Pakistan all-rounder Shabab Khan made an impressive comeback against Winnipeg Hawks in Global T20 Canada League on Saturday.

Shadab, who represents Edmonton Royals in the league, took three wickets while conceding 23 runs in his four overs. His impressive spell restricted the Winnipeg Hawks to 195-6 after a blistering start.
Shadab’s teammate and Pakistan all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez also took an important catch apart from bowling a decent two overs spell.
Hafeez didn’t stop there as he scored an impressive 55 runs of 30 balls, which helped Royals chase the target in 17.4 overs and win by eight wickets. His innings included three sixes and three fours.
