The T20 World Cup 2024 final between India and South Africa is set to take place on Saturday at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. However, heavy rain is predicted throughout the day, which could disrupt the match.

The weather has already affected several games in the tournament, with matches like Ireland vs. the USA, Sri Lanka vs. Nepal, and England vs. Scotland being washed out. The semi-finals between India and England, and Afghanistan and South Africa, were also impacted by rain.

According to The Weather Channel, Barbados is expected to experience heavy rain on Saturday, potentially affecting the final. The match is scheduled to start at 10:30 AM local time, with rain likely from early morning till evening. If the game is disrupted, a reserve day on Sunday has been allocated, with extra time available to ensure the match is completed.

Both teams are undefeated in the tournament so far. South Africa has won all their matches, while one of India’s games was abandoned due to rain.
