Earlier today, Misbahul Haq had resigned as the Pakistan men’s team chief selector, after announcing the decision in a press conference at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The former captain believes that it is no longer possible for him to focus on the dual role but will continue working as the national team’s head coach.
Meanwhile, IPL is currently being held in bio-secure bubbles in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, with the final scheduled to take place on November 10.
