The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday announced 29 players for an upcoming fitness camp, set to take place at an Army base in Kakul starting from March 26. 

The camp is part of the preparations for the much-anticipated five-match home T20I series against New Zealand. 

Pakistan's right-arm pacer Shahnawaz Dahani expressed his disappointment after not making it into the group of players selected for the intensive training session. 

"No regrets for me, as I will still be the fittest bowler even after this camp," Dahani posted on social media platform, X.

The Blackcaps will land in Islamabad on April 14 and are scheduled to play three T20Is at Rawalpindi's Pindi Cricket Stadium on April 18, 20, and 21. Following these matches, the teams will move to Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium for the final two T20Is on April 25 and 27.
