A four-member delegation of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) left Pakistan after expressing their satisfaction with the arrangements including the security of the country.

The delegation reviewed the arrangements on visits to match venues in four cities — Karachi, Lahore, Multan and Islamabad. Airports, routes, and stadiums were visited by the delegation during their one-week visit. They were also briefed by high-level government institutions and PCB officials.

The delegation will now submit a report to the ECB and the schedule of the seven-match T20I series in September and the Test series after the T20 World Cup will be finalised.

The official announcement is expected in the second week of August, according to sources, the matches of the T20 series will be played in Lahore and Karachi, and the Tests will be held at three venues. There is a strong possibility that one match will be hosted in Multan.
