Former captain Mohammad Hafeez has once again formed his opinion on the mindset of the Pakistan men's team in the historic Test series against Australia.

The 41-year-old had criticized Pakistan batters' intent in the first innings of the Test series opener and emphasized that result-oriented cricket is the future of Test cricket and not drawn games.

Meanwhile, Hafeez tweeted that he believes Australia are perfectly placed to win Karachi Test and historic series with an aggressive approach while he is yet to understand the approach of the Pakistan team.

"By hook or by crook Australia having aggressive mindset to win the match & this historic series but on the other side I don’t know," Hafeez wrote.

It must be noted that Australia are in perfect position to win in Karachi as they bowl Pakistan out for 148 after declaring their first innings on 556/9. They opted not to enforce the follow-on and batted again. The visitors are at 81/1 in 17 overs and have a lead of 489 at the end of Day Three.
