A heated confrontation unfolded between Shadab Khan, leading Islamabad United, and Shan Masood, the captain of Karachi Kings, during their PSL match in Rawalpindi.

The disagreement arose over a caught-behind review against Agha Salman. Shadab believed that Shan had exceeded the time limit for the Decision Review System (DRS). However, Shan insisted on taking charge of the review and instructed Shadab to refrain from intervening.

Speaking in a post match presser, Shan broke his silence, offering insights into the heated exchange. He also addressed the issue with Shadab, emphasizing that there were no hard feelings.

"No hard feelings for Shadab. Shadab is one of my close friends. I took the review because I knew it wasn't out. Shadab came over and said the time was up, so I told him not to interfere in our matter and go back," Shan said.

Reflecting on the dynamics of the game, Shan highlighted the fine line between camaraderie and competitive spirit.

"When we're friendly, people say there's too much dosti yaari. When someone shows some anger, people say they're going overboard. It's a passionate game," he concluded.
