Shadab Khan marries Saqlain Mushtaq's daughter in private ceremony

Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan recently married the daughter of former Pakistan head coach Saqlain Mushtaq in a private ceremony. 

He took to Twitter to announce the news and request privacy for himself and his wife.

"Alhamdulilah today was my Nikkah. It is a big day in my life and the start of a new chapter. Please respect my choices and those of my wife and our families. Prayers and love for all" said Shadab.

This follows a trend of Pakistan cricketers getting married recently, with national team members Haris Rauf and Shan Masood both tying the knot in the past few months. 

Additionally, star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi is set to marry the daughter of former all-rounder Shahid Khan Afridi in February of this year.
