Wasim Akram's son becomes mixed martial arts fighter

Taimur Akram, the son of former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram, became a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter.

Wasim Akram informed the representative of "Cricket Pakistan" that Taimur had also participated in a fight recently; he is an amateur MMA fighter.

On the question of whether you have thought of making Taimur a cricketer, Wasim Akram said that his son has stayed in America, and there is not much cricket there. 

However, I have given my children the right to live the life they want; if he wants to be a fighter, then he must be.
